Our team works with clients to develop personal policies—including, most importantly, the company’s Employee Handbook—to help them address the tangled web of state and federal workplace regulations, including pay practices, paid time off and vacation, overtime, and on-discrimination and harassment.
The firm’s team regularly represents and advises clients in various employment law matters as well as in state and federal court litigation matters. We also defend employers in litigation under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage laws. We work with our clients proactively reviewing pay practices and other employment policies to help employers remain in compliance with federal and state employment law.
