Heather N. Heinrich


Heather practices general transactional civil/commercial law and appellate law in both state and federal courts. Heather assists clients with a wide range of transactional business issues, including business formation, noncompete, and nondisclosure law. Heather has handled a wide range of contractual and business transaction issues in her fifteen (15) years of experience.

Heather is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas Tech School of Law, 2001. Heather started her legal career at one of Lubbock’s largest and most prestigious law firms before going in-house at the Texas Tech University general counsel’s office where she spent a decade working on contracts of all types including construction, procurement, licensing, and general business matters while reporting directly to the Texas Tech University System’s general counsel from 2002 through 2012.

After taking a short pause in her legal career from 2012-15 she returned to the legal field and performed work as a contract attorney for several law firms both in Lubbock and around the State of Texas before joining the Brad J Davidson Law Firm, PC of counsel, in September of 2016.

Heather is licensed to practice in Texas state courts since her licensing as a Texas attorney in November of 2001.
